As the theme required to make it "convertible" garment. " Sustainable fashion is part of the larger trend of sustainable design where a product is created and produced with consideration to the environmental and social impact it may have throughout its total life span, including its "carbon footprint".
According to Earth Pledge, a non-profit organization (NPO) committed to promoting and supporting sustainable development, "At least 8,000 chemicals are used to turn raw materials into textiles and 25% of the world's pesticides are used to grow non-organic cotton. I send the sketch design and the design got top ten finale. This competition is team I and my friend Laura Yep. The inspiration  we got from Rafflesia. Material we use guni beg and jeans pants

Anugerah Hijau finalists workshop, July 14-16 2013 at Paya Indah Wetlands

For me workshop is important because is time mentoring  we can discuss the difficult thing and how to do the construct the material recycle become the garment. Mentor for Green Fashion category is Triff  from Ruzz Gahara.

After mentoring session  we had some changes our design. The top still same like first design but the bottom we change become culottes pant and add cape in the our design.

Friday we have fitting to model and we had some outer the garment because the garment very lose.

After fitting we still do work and do some contractions our garment to fit and comfortable with model.

12 October 2013

Last day and final presentation and fashion show. That day make it we nervous and  got some experience how to work backstage with the crew , makeup, hair style and model.
